General Labor/ Tank Washer

Fort Worth, TX Terminal – 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, plus overtime when needed)

About the role

We are seeking a Tank Washer for our Truck Wash. Tank Washers clean, wash, dry, and inspect the inside and outside of tankers to meet food-grade and plastics-carrier specifications. As a Kosher-certified food-grade carrier, tank cleaning plays a key role in keeping our fleet contaminant-free. This general-labor position is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse work, construction, power washing, or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, dry, and inspect the interior and exterior of tanker trailers to meet company and regulatory specifications.
• Work at heights, including elevated areas and atop trailers.
• Operate in confined spaces while adhering to all Confined Space Entry regulations and safety precautions.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and climbing on and into tanks via manways.
• Use cleaning equipment such as hoses and tools weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Drive equipment around the terminal yard.

Requirements

• No fear of working at heights or in confined spaces.
• Ability to stand and work on uneven and/or slippery surfaces, both inside and on top of trailers.
• Capable of performing all physical tasks associated with the position, including repetitive movements and working in various environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Three years of verifiable employment or education history.
• Ability to pass a drug screen (required for safety-sensitive positions).
• Proficiency in speaking, writing, and comprehending English.

Pay

$22 per hour, plus overtime pay when needed.
