About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to assist in General Labor processes, maximizing yield and minimizing waste of product. This includes working in various departments and adhering to USDA regulations and company safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Carry out General Labor duties to enhance efficiency in poultry processing.
- Absorb USDA regulations and comply with Company safety and health policies.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace during and after shifts.
- Follow all Company safety policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and support the Goal Zero mission statement.
