General Labor - Roads and Highways

Responsibilities

• Properly load and unload materials from trucks and trailers by hand and forklift.
• Operate large and small vehicles.
• Effectively operate the following Vehicles/Equipment: hand machines, forklift, hand grinder, 3M hand-tape machine, 3M adhesive applicator and hand-roller tamper cart.
• Install Preformed Thermo (hot tape).
• Complete DVIRs and Daily Logs correctly for CDL Drivers.
• Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and Clean MVRA.
• Able to pass urine drug analysis.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends (as needed).
• Routine overnight travel is required on an ongoing basis, lodging and per diem is provided.
• Preferred CDL License Holder.
• TCS Certification - obtain and maintain a TCS certificate.
• Flagger Certification - obtain and maintain a Flagger certificate.
• Forklift Certification to operate a forklift.
