General Labor, Recycling Sorter, 1st & 2nd Shift, Las Vegas, NV
Job Summary
We’re hiring General Laborers / Sorters to sort recyclables at a large recycling and processing plant in Las Vegas, NV. Sorting recyclables is a necessary job that helps keep our community clean. This position does not require a resume, and candidates will be considered based on their ability to follow directions and the results of a realistic job preview.
About the Role
This is a full-time position with multiple shifts available. Shifts include:
- 1ST SHIFT: 4am to 12:30pm
- 2ND SHIFT: 1pm to 9:30pm
Responsibilities
As a General Laborer / Sorter at Leadpoint, you'll earn $12.78 per hour. You'll also enjoy benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance options after 90 days of employment, company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE), an employee lunchroom with a refrigerator and microwave, sick time starting after 90 days of employment, and weekly pay.
Requirements
To be considered, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Consent to a drug screen
- Consent to a background check
- Have reliable transportation to get to work, or be willing to use public transportation or carpool
- Be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for your entire shift
Qualifications
While prior warehouse, general labor, or sorting experience is a plus, it is not required. We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious Sorters who can follow instructions and work as part of a team.
