General Labor (Hiring All Shifts) - Shelbyville, TN Plant - Full-time - AUGUST 2026

About the Role

We are hiring for entry-level positions in the following departments: Evisceration, Debone, Cut-Up, and Labeling/28-degree Room. Candidates may be invited to attend a tour to see the jobs in each department.

Responsibilities

• Placing meat (drums, wings, thighs, leg quarters, tenders, etc.) in trays
• Placing trays in baskets and stacking baskets up to 6 feet high
• Trimming fillet, pushing racks from one place to another
• Unstacking baskets, weighing and placing product in a box
• Other tasks assigned by management

Most jobs may require lifting, pushing, pulling, pinching, grasping, bending, and stooping.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States
• Must pass a urinalysis screening as part of the post-offer health assessment
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Shift availability is based on current staffing needs. Candidates must be flexible and ready to work 1st or 2nd shift, as discussed during the hiring process.
