About the Role

A General Laborer performs safety-conscious operational and inspection tasks in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate machinery
• Read factory orders
• Conduct quality and count inspections
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Complete accurate documentation
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Stable work history
• Able to read, write, speak English, and perform basic math
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
• Demonstrated safety-first attitude
• Ability to work well with others
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed
