About the role

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor foundry equipment, including furnaces, molds, and finishing centers
- Prepare molds and cores for casting according to specifications
- Pour molten metal into molds and ensure proper cooling processes
- Perform quality checks on cast components for defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring a safe and clean work environment
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma required
- Experience: Previous experience in foundry operations or manufacturing (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in a hot/cold and noisy environment
- Familiarity with tools, machinery, and safety practices in a foundry setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
