Internship opportunities are available across a variety of business and project functions based on organizational needs and candidate interests.

At ESI Construction, interns are part of the team. You'll gain real-world experience, develop technical and professional skills, and learn how individuals across a variety of disciplines contribute to the success of a growing construction company. Many ESI interns return for additional internship experiences, and for some, the program serves as a pathway to full-time opportunities after graduation.

Internship Overview

• Internship opportunities may be available in both field and office environments depending on business needs, candidate qualifications, and candidate interests
• Typically working 20+ hours per week during the school year and 40+ hours per week during the summer (schedule dependent on business needs)
• Flexible start and end dates based on school commitments and personal schedules

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, emphasis in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
• Must be within two years, or less, of graduation
• Strong interest in gaining professional experience and learning in a hands-on environment
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
