FamilyWell’s virtual care team model delivers evidence-based coaching, therapy, care coordination, and psychiatric services with specialized expertise in perinatal mental health and perimenopause/menopause.

Responsibilities

As a General Nurse Practitioner at FamilyWell Health, you will:

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients with perinatal and perimenopausal mental health needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize advanced technology to enhance patient engagement and outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative mental health solutions.

Requirements

• Licensed PMHNP with specialization in women's health.
• Experience in providing mental health services to pregnant, postpartum, and menopausal individuals.
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for improving women's mental health care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in your state of licensure.
• Experience with telehealth and virtual care delivery systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
