Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of insurance policies and programs
- Manage financial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Oversee HR initiatives and support employee relations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of insurance, financial, and HR regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
