- Optimize the customer journey by analyzing performance data, improving self-service tools, and supporting front-line teams.
- Evaluate internal priorities and market trends to inform scheduling and content planning.
Product Management
- Assist with feature development, UX improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
Finance & Accounting
- Support forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis in Finance.
- Focus on accounts payable, reconciliations, and core accounting processes in Accounting.
Production
- Create immersive soundscapes using sound design and Unreal Engine skills.
- Coordinate immersive content pipelines, manage assets, and support post-production logistics.
Manufacturing
- Analyze workflows, propose solutions, and implement real efficiency upgrades.
- See lean principles and innovation come to life in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Human Resources
- Support key HR functions including onboarding, employee engagement, and culture support.
Information Technology (IT)
- Support the tech infrastructure that powers venues.
- Resolve real-time issues, maintain systems, and optimize tools across departments.
Venue Operations
- Work closely with Venue Entertainment team to bring bold, guest-facing activations to life.
- Assess concepts, research feasibility, and support cross-functional planning.
AstroPhysics
- Create educational materials and visualize complex astrophysical data.
- Contribute to outreach initiatives across the global planetarium community.
Marketing
- Support consumer campaigns with research, strategy, and data-driven insights in Venue Marketing.
- Amplify Cosm's brand through media, storytelling, and digital content in Communications.
- Contribute to Cosm's visual identity through high-impact design and multimedia in Graphic Design & Video Editing.
Qualifications
- Junior or Senior at the start of the program.
- Available to work onsite in a hybrid capacity.
- Available to work 20 hours per week during the defined Intern period.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in immersive technology and content.
