Potential Responsibilities
- Managing payroll processing and ensuring timely, accurate filings
- Maintaining employee records and benefits administration
- Responding to client and employee HR inquiries
- Aiding with onboarding, compliance reporting, and documentation
- Supporting strategic HR initiatives and special projects
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in payroll, HR administration, or business partnering
- Bachelor's degree preferred; PHR, SHRM-CP, or FPC/CPP a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/HCM systems
- A demonstrated ability to adapt and excel in dynamic work environments
