Potential Responsibilities

  • Managing payroll processing and ensuring timely, accurate filings
  • Maintaining employee records and benefits administration
  • Responding to client and employee HR inquiries
  • Aiding with onboarding, compliance reporting, and documentation
  • Supporting strategic HR initiatives and special projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in payroll, HR administration, or business partnering
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; PHR, SHRM-CP, or FPC/CPP a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/HCM systems
  • A demonstrated ability to adapt and excel in dynamic work environments
