About the role

Responsible for managing inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and assisting with customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Collaborate with suppliers to maintain supply chain efficiency
  • Perform stock take and report discrepancies to management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of retail experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
