Responsibilities

• Create a fun, friendly, and welcoming shopping experience for every guest
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with questions, needs, and product selection
• Maintain fresh, well-stocked, and visually appealing displays
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations running smoothly
• Follow company standards and procedures with honesty and integrity
• Represent the company positively within the store and the community
• Take initiative to learn, improve, and contribute to team success

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 16 years
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Physical abilities: Regularly required to walk, stand, sit, twist, and bend; repetitive use of hands and arms to push, pull, carry, lift, reach, grip, and balance; occasionally stoop, crouch, kneel, climb, or crawl. Lifting includes floor to shoulder and overhead lifting. Occasional use of step stools or ladders required.
• Communication: Ability to write, speak, hear, and understand the spoken word to respond promptly to requests and interact with team members and guests. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating manuals.
• High school diploma or currently working toward one—we’re happy to support you along the way!

Skills

Experience with the following equipment is beneficial (training provided): cash registers and point-of-sale systems, barcode scanners, scales, payment terminals, stocking tools (carts, pallet jacks, box cutters), food service equipment (slicers, ovens, fryers, mixers), refrigeration and freezer units, cleaning and sanitation tools, and basic safety equipment.
