About the Role

The Democratic Party of Wisconsin is a political organization based in Madison, WI. Our departments include Organizing, Data, Voter Protection, Finance, People Operations, Operations, Political, Campaigns, Digital, and Communications. We are committed to equity and inclusion and require candidates to demonstrate cultural competence with diverse constituencies.

Responsibilities

• Engage in grassroots activities and volunteer mobilization
• Support the development and implementation of campaign strategies
• Manage and analyze data to inform campaign decisions
• Ensure voter protection and access to voting rights
• Develop and execute fundraising strategies
• Recruit, train, and support a diverse workforce
• Coordinate and manage campaign logistics and operations
• Build and maintain relationships with county parties, candidates, and stakeholders
• Create and share compelling communications and messaging

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with data analysis and management
• Knowledge of political campaigning and advocacy
• Commitment to equity and inclusion

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Experience in a related field
• Passion for progressive politics

Pay
