Responsibilities

• Create a fun, friendly, and welcoming shopping experience for every guest
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with questions, needs, and product selection
• Maintain fresh, well-stocked, and visually appealing displays
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations running smoothly
• Follow company standards and procedures with honesty and integrity
• Represent the company positively within the store and the community
• Take initiative to learn, improve, and contribute to team success

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Physical Abilities

• Regularly required to walk, stand, sit, twist, and bend
• Repetitive use of hands and arms to push, pull, carry, lift, reach, grip, and balance
• Occasionally stoop, crouch, kneel, climb, or crawl
• Lifting includes floor to shoulder and overhead lifting
• Occasional use and climbing of step stools or ladders required
• Some areas of the store may require the ability to safely use stairs as part of daily responsibilities

Equipment Used

• Cash registers and point-of-sale systems, barcode scanners, scales, and payment terminals
• Stocking tools such as carts, pallet jacks, and box cutters
• Food service equipment like slicers, ovens, fryers, and mixers
• Refrigeration and freezer units
• Cleaning and sanitation tools
• Basic safety equipment

Proper training is provided to ensure all equipment is used safely and effectively.

Communication

• Ability to write, speak, hear, and understand the spoken word
• Respond promptly to pages, requests, team members, and guests
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating manuals
