About the role

For our client, we are seeking a General Information to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design for Microsoft 365 collaboration and content management
• Define implementation of SharePoint Online architecture and governance
• Drive configuration and optimization of Microsoft Search
• Establish strategies for Copilot readiness and compliance
• Partner with leaders to develop Microsoft 365 roadmaps and standards
• Provide technical leadership across delivery teams for Microsoft 365 solutions
• Influence stakeholders on strategic technology decisions

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions
• Deep expertise in SharePoint Online architecture and governance
• Experience with enterprise intranet, document management, and search solutions
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Search and content discovery optimization
• Expertise in Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, and security architecture
• Experience with governance and compliance frameworks within Microsoft 365
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence executive stakeholders

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $208,000 – $260,000 annually
