Responsibilities
- Monitor trailer loading and finished product transfers to prevent spills, overfills, and contamination.
- Maintain clean work areas and respond appropriately to leaks or emergency situations.
- Execute cleaning and inventory management processes for totes and hoses.
- Operate material handling equipment such as fork trucks and pallet jacks.
- Support preventive maintenance and production readiness.
- Support labeling and production accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, agriculture, construction, or similar field.
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- May be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as part of the selection process.
Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
