General Help - Utility
Responsibilities
- Maintain the work area, keep equipment in clean and orderly condition, follows prescribed safety regulations.
- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
- Run material through machine according to company specifications.
- Set up and operate various machines.
- Ensure correct materials are used to meet customer specifications.
- Inspect and maintain quality of product.
- Test operation of machines periodically.
- Meet all quality and efficiency standards.
- Meet all company safety policies and report any concerns related to required maintenance of machines.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting and Machine Operator experience preferred.
- Must be able to work as a part of a team, and independently.
- Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base profile for this position.
- Must meet the company quality and performance standards for the job as specified.
- Must agree to wear the proper assigned PPE and shoes approved for this job as specified in Contact and Safety Requirements.

About the Role
The Job You Will Perform Must comply and support all applicable GMPs, Site Security, and Food Packaging Defense requirements that are referenced in the facilities GFSI food packaging safety program. Other duties as assigned by any member of management.
