About the role
Penn State Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon with sub-specialty training in Hand Surgery to assist in growing the Orthopedic practice in Reading.
Responsibilities
- Assist in growing the Orthopedic practice in Reading
- Provide exceptional care in a Community Hospital setting

Requirements
- M.D., D.O. or foreign equivalent
- BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery
- Completion of an accredited orthopedic residency program and hand fellowship program preferred
- Collegial and driven individual passionate about providing exceptional care in a Community Hospital setting
- If sub-specialty trained, willing to provide general orthopedic care (hospital on call and elective)
Qualifications
- Sub-specialty trained in Hand Surgery preferred
- General orthopedic care available if sub-specialty trained
