Join Waupaca Foundry & Castings as a General Foundry Production worker in Marinette, WI. This position is responsible for operating machinery and performing manual tasks in the foundry production process.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery used in casting processes
• Perform manual labor tasks such as cleaning, loading, and unloading materials
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure quality control
• Follow safety protocols and participate in regular training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
