Hemsworth Farm, Dorset, is seeking a capable, committed, and conscientious General Farm Worker to join the team managing a block spring calving herd of 250 dairy cows plus followers on a 1200-acre mixed farming enterprise.
About the role
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with practical skills and livestock experience who is comfortable being part of a motivated team where everyone contributes.
Responsibilities
- Relief milking
- Daily livestock care
- Grassland and field management
- Machinery operation and maintenance
- General farm and land upkeep
