General Factory/Manufacturing Employee

Architectural Fiberglass, Inc. (AFI) is a premier fiberglass manufacturer with over 20 years of experience designing and producing custom fiberglass‑reinforced polymer (FTP) ornamentation for interior and exterior applications. The company’s state‑of‑the‑art facility is located in Cleveland, OH, and it is seeking a General Factory/Manufacturing Employee to support continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Work with fiberglass molds, including sealing, waxing, buffing, and occasional sanding.
• De‑mold parts from molds and transport them to designated areas.
• Participate in quality inspection of finished products.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
• Willingness to learn and put forth best efforts.
• Organized, self‑motivated, and able to communicate professionally.
