Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track cost, schedule, and performance of facilities and equipment projects supporting PM Abrams.
- Conduct technical assessments of building improvements, machinery upgrades, and work orders.
- Provide cost evaluations and financial insight for ongoing and planned projects.
- Perform requirements analysis, technology assessments, risk analysis and mitigation, configuration management, interface management, and performance/effectiveness evaluations.
- Maintain awareness of project scope and monitor day-to-day status and development across multiple sites.
- Carry out on-site assessments at project sites to document progress and validate execution.
- Deliver regular updates to the Government Facilities Lead and Abrams Program Office on project status, risks, and performance metrics.
- Identify equipment and facility issues and recommend actionable solutions.
- Collect, analyze, and report on project performance metrics.
