We are seeking individuals who enjoy helping meet the needs of members through listening, identifying, and recommending credit union products and services. You should prioritize the thoroughness and accuracy of your work, focus on customer/member satisfaction and service, and be able to handle all problems and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Responsibilities
- Helping members achieve their financial goals through credit union products and services
- Listening to member needs and providing tailored recommendations
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions and requests
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure member satisfaction
- Handling inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- A positive attitude and great work ethic
- A commitment to continuous learning and development
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong customer service orientation
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service or related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
