General Education Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated General Education Teacher to join our elementary team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will foster a positive classroom environment, deliver engaging instruction, and support the academic and social-emotional growth of students in grades PreK–3.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver standards-aligned lessons in core subjects
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
• Maintain effective classroom management and a safe learning environment
• Absorb student progress and provide timely feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to promote student success

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Teaching License (required)
• Master’s degree and/or Reading Endorsement (preferred)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Experience working with early childhood/elementary students
