Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Dermatology
• Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence‑based, patient‑centered care
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach
• Interest or experience in cosmetic dermatology is a plus but not required

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive general dermatology care
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic dermatologic conditions
• Perform skin cancer screenings and dermatologic procedures
• Perform biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and other appropriate office procedures
• Establish long‑term relationships with an existing patient population
• Collaborate with APPs, MAs, and other clinical team members
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice
