Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive, restorative, and diagnostic services for children, adolescents, and young adults.
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases, dental conditions, and developmental concerns.
- Develop and present individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Educate patients, parents, and guardians on oral health, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
- Review treatment options and discuss clinical findings with families to ensure informed decision-making.
- Interpret X-rays and other diagnostic images to support accurate diagnoses and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely patient records in compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry, technology, and best practices.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to provide an outstanding patient experience.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited dental school.
- Active state dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional pediatric dental care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with children and families.
- Passion for patient education and preventive dentistry.
- Demonstrated professionalism, ethical standards, and commitment to clinical excellence.
