Location: West Allis, Wisconsin

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient‑centered dental care with a focus on trust and comfort.
• Utilize state‑of‑the‑art tools such as an iTero Scanner, WaveOne Gold, and VideaHealth AI to deliver advanced and efficient treatment.
• Maintain credentialing with various dental insurance plans to ensure seamless coverage for patients.
• Participate in periodic virtual or in‑person training sessions throughout the year.
• Adhere to HIPAA standards and protect patient health information.
• Perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged periods of sitting and standing.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
• Active, unrestricted dental license in Wisconsin.
• Passion for delivering high‑quality, comprehensive care and fostering patient trust.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Willingness to become credentialed with multiple dental insurance plans.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and lift/carry up to 45 lb.
• Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to start date (exempt in FL & TN).
• Ability to work with reasonable accommodations as needed.
