Responsibilities
- Perform quality exams and provide general and emergency dental care.
- Educate patients and clearly present treatment plans.
- Maintain a compelling attention to detail and concentrated focus during all treatments.
- Demonstrate strong surgical skills, including simple and surgical extractions.
- Perform root canal treatments (anterior and premolars; molars a plus).
- Perform restorations (composite, amalgam).
- Provide prosthetic treatments (crown and bridge, partial dentures, full dentures).
- Treat pediatric patients (SSC, restorations, pulpotomies).
- Perform extractions involving impactions, soft tissue, or bony (a plus).

Pay
Compensation is variable based on clinical proficiency and managerial expertise, with a focus on paying above average competitive market rates due to business efficiencies. Options include:
- Guaranteed base salary ($600–750 USD per day) or 30–33% of realized revenue, whichever is higher.
