Responsibilities

• Perform quality exams and provide general and emergency dental care.
• Educate patients and clearly present treatment plans.
• Maintain a compelling attention to detail and concentrated focus during all treatments.
• Demonstrate strong surgical skills, including simple and surgical extractions.
• Perform root canal treatments (anterior and premolars; molars a plus).
• Perform restorations (composite, amalgam).
• Provide prosthetic treatments (crown and bridge, partial dentures, full dentures).
• Treat pediatric patients (SSC, restorations, pulpotomies).
• Perform extractions involving impactions, soft tissue, or bony (a plus).

Pay

Compensation is variable based on clinical proficiency and managerial expertise, with a focus on paying above average competitive market rates due to business efficiencies. Options include:

• Guaranteed base salary ($600–750 USD per day) or 30–33% of realized revenue, whichever is higher.
