Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive compensation based on production.
• Guaranteed daily minimum of $1,100 per day.
• Sign‑on bonuses up to $20,000.
• Reimbursement for out‑of‑state licensing fees (Wisconsin only).

Requirements

• Active state dental license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA license and CPR certification.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (unable to sponsor visas).
• Strong commitment to patient care with a focus on quality.
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new dental techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages.
• Perform a broad range of dental services within your comfort zone, including extractions, removable and fixed prosthodontics, endodontics, and more.
• Utilize advanced dental technology, including digital scanners and Cone Beam CT, to diagnose and treat patients effectively.
• Ensure patient satisfaction through quality care, clear communication, and compassionate service.
