Requirements

• Doctorate degree in Dentistry (DDS or DMD)
• Board Certified in Dentistry
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Current license to practice as a Dentist in Arizona
• License to prescribe narcotics with DEA number
• Dental Software knowledge (Eaglesoft preferred, but not required)
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
