Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of general dental procedures, including but not limited to examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and restorative treatments.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing professional development through Heartland Dental’s extensive continuing education programs.
- Manage a caseload of patients, balancing clinical duties with administrative tasks as needed.
- Adapt to the dynamic nature of dental practice, including prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- An active and unrestricted license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Experience in general dentistry, or a strong commitment to learning and developing clinical skills.
- Ability to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 45 pounds when necessary.
Qualifications
- Pass a tuberculosis (TB) test as part of the pre-employment process.
- Availability to attend periodic virtual training sessions (or in-person when required).

$200,000 first-year guarantee plus competitive earnings and benefits.
