Pay

Compensation & Benefits Highlights: Guaranteed base salary with uncapped earning potential. Minimum first‑year compensation of $180,000.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with an active, unrestricted Florida license.
• Dedication to delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered care.
• Commitment to continuous learning and expanding clinical skills.
• Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.
• Physical stamina to perform essential duties, including prolonged sitting/standing and lifting up to 45 lb when necessary.
• Availability to attend periodic virtual or in‑person training sessions.
• Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to employment (not required in FL/TN per posting).
