• Average earning potential: $250,000–$500,000+
• Average daily minimum guarantees: 30–35% of production, including X-rays (with potential location-based premiums)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients
• Develop and present treatment plans during patient consultations
• Review treatment plans with patients and families and obtain informed consent
• Deliver consistent, patient-centered care across all procedures
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions using restorative techniques, extractions, and prosthetic solutions as appropriate
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including state dental board regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff
• Maintain detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with company standards
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports patient care and team success

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an ADA/CDAC accredited dental school including prospective graduates
