Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to children and adults.
  • Diagnose and treat dental conditions through restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, dentures, and prosthetic treatment.
  • Develop, present, and explain treatment plans during patient consultations.
  • Review treatment options with patients and families and obtain informed consent.
  • Maintain accurate dental records and medical documentation.
  • Follow federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.
  • Provide leadership and direction to dental assistants and clinical support staff.
  • Support a positive, collaborative office environment focused on patient care and team success.

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an ADA/CDAC-accredited dental school.
  • Current or eligible state dental license.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care, clinical quality, and professional growth.
  • Ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including treatment planning, restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, dentures, and patient education.
