• Provide comprehensive, patient‑centered dental care using state‑of‑the‑art tools such as an iTero Scanner, WaveOne Gold, and VideaHealth AI.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing team and practice manager to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Maintain clinical autonomy while adhering to best practices and office protocols.
• Participate in ongoing virtual and in‑person training sessions throughout the year.
• Become credentialed with various dental insurance plans to ensure seamless coverage for patients.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
• Active, unrestricted Wisconsin dental license.
• Passion for delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered care and fostering trust.
• Strong desire for continuous learning and skill development.
• Willingness to become credentialed with multiple dental insurance plans.
• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 45 lb.
• Availability for periodic virtual or in‑person training.
• Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to start date.
