Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a high‑performing team that delivers exceptional patient care while fostering a supportive, communicative work culture.
• Utilize state‑of‑the‑art tools, including Cerec, iTero Scanner, WaveOne Gold, and VideaHealth AI, to provide advanced and efficient care.
• Maintain full clinical autonomy in treatment planning and execution.
• Participate in periodic virtual or in‑person training sessions throughout the year to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.
• Complete required pre‑employment tuberculosis (TB) testing.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
• Active, unrestricted dental license in the state of Indiana.
• Passion for delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered care and fostering trust and comfort.
• Strong desire for continuous learning and expanding clinical skills.
• Willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.
• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods and lift or carry up to 45 lb.
• Capability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
