Compensation and Benefits

  • Average earning potential: $250,000–$400,000+, including new graduates

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to children and adults
  • Diagnose and treat dental conditions through restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, dentures, prosthetic treatment, and other appropriate procedures
  • Develop, present, and explain treatment plans during patient consultations
  • Review treatment options with patients and families and obtain informed consent
  • Deliver consistent, compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Maintain accurate dental records and medical documentation in accordance with company standards
  • Follow all federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including state dental board regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
  • Provide leadership and direction to dental assistants and clinical support staff
  • Support a positive, collaborative office environment focused on patient care and team success

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an ADA/CDAC-accredited dental school
  • Current or eligible state dental license
  • Experience providing comprehensive general dentistry services, including treatment planning, restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, dentures, and patient education
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care, clinical quality, and professional growth
