Compensation and Benefits
- Average earning potential: $250,000–$400,000+, including new graduates

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to children and adults
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions through restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, dentures, prosthetic treatment, and other appropriate procedures
- Develop, present, and explain treatment plans during patient consultations
- Review treatment options with patients and families and obtain informed consent
- Deliver consistent, compassionate, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate dental records and medical documentation in accordance with company standards
- Follow all federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including state dental board regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
- Provide leadership and direction to dental assistants and clinical support staff
- Support a positive, collaborative office environment focused on patient care and team success
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an ADA/CDAC-accredited dental school
- Current or eligible state dental license
- Experience providing comprehensive general dentistry services, including treatment planning, restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, dentures, and patient education
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care, clinical quality, and professional growth
