Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Utilize state-of-the-art tools such as an iTero Scanner, WaveOne Gold, and VideaHealth AI.
• Take ownership of clinical decision-making while benefiting from an experienced team and Heartland Dental's support.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Idaho.
• A passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care with a commitment to fostering trust and comfort.
• A strong desire to continue learning and expanding clinical skills to meet the evolving needs of patients.
• The ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.
• Essential duties performance, including prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and the capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to adapt to the demands of the role.
• Availability to attend periodic virtual training sessions (or in-person when required).
• Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test as part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Pay

Total compensation package includes $250,000 annual salary with tuition reimbursement.
