Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered dental care.

• Collaborate with an 8‑person high‑performing team.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with HIPAA and PHI safeguards.
• Complete required tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to employment.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
• Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.
