About the role
Dental Care at Oakmont is seeking a General Dentist to join their dynamic team. This opportunity allows for clinical autonomy within a well-established practice of two doctors, supported by Heartland Dental, the nation's largest Dental Support Organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with another doctor and a high-performing 9-person team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Utilize state-of-the-art tools such as an iTero Scanner, WaveOne Gold, and VideaHealth AI to provide advanced and efficient care.
- Participate in world-class continuing education programs to hone clinical skills and elevate career.
- Access 1:1 mentorship with experienced professionals and engage in professional networking opportunities.
- Enroll in the Doctor Mastery Program to earn Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD).
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with at least 1 year of experience in the state of Texas.
- Active and unrestricted license in the state of Texas.
- Comprehensive dentistry skills, including diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of oral health issues.
- A strong desire to continue learning and expanding clinical skills.
- Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.
Qualifications
- Essential duties performance with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds.

Pay
$300,000 total compensation package.
Schedule
