Responsibilities

• Treat children aged 6 months to 20 years old
• Examine, diagnose, and provide treatment counseling to patients
• Participate in the company's simulation lab for hands-on training
• Benefit from mentorship from senior staff and experienced pediatric dentists
• Grow professionally and personally within a supportive and inclusive culture

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of general dentistry experience or strong interest in growing in the profession as a new graduate

Qualifications

• Arizona, Texas, Mississippi, or North Carolina residency
• A valid dental license
• Passing score on the National Board Dental Examination Part II

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with children and their families
• Strong clinical skills
• Interest in pediatric dentistry
