Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Iowa.
• Comprehensive dentistry skills, including the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health issues.
• A strong commitment to continuous learning and expanding clinical skills to meet the evolving needs of patients.
• The ability to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans to ensure seamless and comprehensive coverage for our patients.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 45 pounds when necessary, and the ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods.

Pay

$300,000 total compensation package, including a guaranteed base salary and uncapped earning potential.
