Requirements

• Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
• Licensure: Active and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Indiana.
• Dedication to Excellence: Passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care with a commitment to fostering trust and comfort.
• Commitment to Continuous Learning: Strong desire to continue learning and expanding clinical skills to meet the evolving needs of patients.
• Credentialing: Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds when necessary.
  • Availability to attend periodic virtual training sessions (or in-person when required) throughout the year.
  • Tuberculosis (TB) test required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN).
