General Dentist - Eligible for Loan Repayment

About the role
The General Dentist supports Willamette Dental’s evidence-based treatment philosophy, mission, vision, and core values by performing the full scope of general dentistry permitted by state.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill all requirements to ensure proper electronic documentation for all care provided to patients using AxiUm electronic records.
- Apply knowledge of evidence-based dental practices, CAMBRA, and PEMBRA with an emphasis on prevention.
- Conduct risk phases and risk assessment.
- Use diagnostic terms and techniques needed to diagnose and treat oral cavity anomalies.
- Assess patient needs, meet quality standards for services, and evaluate patient satisfaction to provide optimal patient experience.
Requirements
- Degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), and/or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
- Successful completion of a traditional pre-doctoral dentistry program.
- Valid licensure in the specific state(s) where practicing.
Pay
Expected hiring range for this position (annual salary): $142,500 USD - $157,500 USD. The actual base pay offered will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.
This site is eligible for state/federal loan repayment programs.
Schedule
Full-Time (30 Hours), 3-10 Hour Shifts.

Physical Requirements
The work is primarily performed while sitting and/or standing but will require occasional walking, bending, stooping, and carrying light items such as papers, books, or other supplies. The incumbent uses a computer and other standard office equipment to complete tasks.
