About the Role

• Flexible part-time schedule | 2-3 days per week

• 32-35% of collections with daily minimums and guaranteed daily rates

• Modern, full-scope dentistry including general, restorative, cosmetic, and preventive care

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Deliver preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care
• Build long-term patient relationships through education and trust
• Collaborate with specialists for coordinated, high-quality outcomes
• Utilize modern technology to provide efficient, patient-centered care

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active Connecticut dental license
• Minimum 2-3 years of dentistry experience
• Strong communication skills and patient-first mindset
• Team-oriented, clinically confident, and growth-minded
