Responsibilities
- Perform quality exams and provide general and emergency dental care.
- Educate patients and clearly present treatment plans.
- Execute simple and surgical extractions, including impactions, soft tissue, or bony extractions (preferred).
- Maintain a compelling attention to detail and focused execution of all treatments.
- Demonstrate strong surgical skills and clinical proficiency.
- Uphold high moral and ethical standards in all aspects of patient care and practice operations.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines.
- Thrive in challenging situations with composure and sound decision-making.
Clinical Proficiencies
- Root canal treatment: Anterior and premolars (molars a plus).
- Restorations: Composite and amalgam.
- Prosthetics: Crown and bridge, partial dentures, and full dentures.
- Pediatric dentistry: Stainless steel crowns (SSC), restorations, pulpotomies.

Pay
- Guaranteed base salary of $600–750 per day or 30–33% of realized revenue, whichever is higher.
