Responsibilities

• Perform quality exams and provide general and emergency dental care.
• Educate patients and clearly present treatment plans.
• Execute simple and surgical extractions, including impactions, soft tissue, or bony extractions (preferred).
• Maintain a compelling attention to detail and focused execution of all treatments.
• Demonstrate strong surgical skills and clinical proficiency.
• Uphold high moral and ethical standards in all aspects of patient care and practice operations.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines.
• Thrive in challenging situations with composure and sound decision-making.

Clinical Proficiencies

• Root canal treatment: Anterior and premolars (molars a plus).
• Restorations: Composite and amalgam.
• Prosthetics: Crown and bridge, partial dentures, and full dentures.
• Pediatric dentistry: Stainless steel crowns (SSC), restorations, pulpotomies.

Pay

• Guaranteed base salary of $600–750 per day or 30–33% of realized revenue, whichever is higher.
