Requirements

• Education & Licensure: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Virginia.
• Dedication to Excellence: Passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care with a commitment to fostering trust and comfort.
• Commitment to Continuous Learning: Strong desire to continue learning and expanding clinical skills to meet evolving patient needs.
• Insurance Credentialing: Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans for seamless patient coverage.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing, adapting to the dynamic nature of dental practice.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds when necessary.
• Training: Availability to attend periodic virtual training sessions (or in-person when required) throughout the year.
• Health & Safety: Tuberculosis (TB) test required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN).
