Location: Greensburg, PA Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $350,000-$650,000+ annually Compensation Model: 34-40% of collections Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Dentist to join a well-established, high-production dental practice in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. This opportunity offers an established patient base, advanced dental technology, clinical autonomy and significant earning potential, with an option for practice ownership equity. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing comprehensive restorative and general dentistry procedures, developing treatment plans and delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients.Perform molar endodontics, crown and bridge procedures, extractions, dentures and partials.Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patients' dental needs.Educate patients on treatment options and recommended dental procedures.Deliver high-quality care while maintaining patient comfort and satisfaction.Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, office managers and patient coordinators to ensure efficient practice operations.Support treatment acceptance through effective patient communication and education.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with applicable dental regulations and standards. Qualifications Active Pennsylvania dental license required.Demonstrated experience in general dentistry and comprehensive treatment planning.Proficiency in molar endodontics, crown and bridge procedures, extractions, dentures and partials.Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.Ability to manage a productive schedule and deliver comprehensive dental care.Motivated, patient-focused professional with an interest in long-term career growth. Preferred Qualifications Pennsylvania Class II nitrous oxide (N₂O) permit/license; candidates willing to obtain the required qualification through continuing education may also be considered.Experience with sedation dentistry and advanced dental procedures.
